★ORDERS, PRICE AND PAYMENT
★Fashionistalove 21™ respect buyers P&C, your information will be kept private and confidential.
★All items' stock availability status vary from time to time. Out Of Stock (OOS) items are unavoidable. We will refund the balance for OOS items or customers can use balance on next purchase.Customers undersanding are kindly appreciated.
★This pre-order ends on every closing date stated in the Main page. We'll place the order as soon as possible once the closing date reached.
★Each customer is entitled to a purchase of minimums 3 items to opt for the wholesale price or shop price(not including below RM10 item), below 3 items will be charged at Market Price of Retail Price.
★All pictures shown in the Website may be vary from the actual stock. Actual colors of items might differ due to lightning or monitor resolution.
★Goods Sold are not Exchangable or Refundable, all items are thoroughly inspected before delivery
★Once the payment was made, no more cancellation or change order of goods, Kindly think carefully before submit order.
★Please order at your own risk and interpretation (the material, brand, cutting).For those who are not willing to wait, please do not place any order.
★MISTAKES or ERROR: While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Fashionistalove21.com reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
★Payment for the Products shall be made in full before physical ordering from supplier or delivery of Products or services.
★Order will be reserved for you upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT on first come first serve basis.
★Customer shall pay for all shipping and handling charges unless stated free of charge.
★Time for payment is of the essence. Fashionistalove21 reserves the right to delay or postpone the order to next batch if the late payment encountered.
★All price and discount refers to the standard pricing and promotion unless Fashionistalove21 have agreed to a different discount. All the prices are non-negotiable.
★Orders will be canceled and delete after 3days the order confirmed and if no payment or reply from customer is received .
★Buyers bear the tax liability if there is any.
★DELIVERY
★Arrival of items: Item(s) takes at least 5-7 days to arrive after all the payment have settled (including all payment made by buyers). Item(s) will be sent out the next business day upon arrival of the item(s).
★Change of sender address will be chargeable at RM2.00 per parcel.
★Registered Post will be auto upgrade to E-Parcel post if exceed 1Kg weight
★Fashionistalove21 shall deliver the Products to the place of delivery designated and agreed by Customer
★Fashionistalove21 shall not trace the items for Customers once the tracking being sent out. Tracking methods and contact will be attached together with the tracking code.
★Any dates quoted by Fashionistalove21 for the delivery of the Products are approximate only and shall not form part of the Contract. Fashionistalove21 shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the items
★Fashionistalove21 may revise and/or discontinue items at any time without notice as part of our on-going product up-date and revision. Revised or updated products will have the functionality and performance of the items ordered.
★POSTAGE: Service is available for every item. Tracking code will be provided. Fashionistalove21 do not cover items loss, and damage due to fire, intentional damage, acts of God or natural disasters, animals, pets or pests once shipped out the items.
★We reserve the rights to cancel the order in the case of the item are in unsatisfied condition. Full item price will be refunded.
★RETURN POLICY
★Exhange, complaints or refund due to difference in measurement from the items description and the real items within 2 inches or 2cm will not be entertain/accept.
★Defective items Subject to terms of return policy. Return postage fees bare by buyer using Registered Post after exchanged items postage fee will be bare by Fashionistalove21. Defective items unit must be returned or paid for. Returned items may be resold as defect items.
★REFUND POLICY
★Refund amount will be refund in full includes deduction of the discount if any after the delivery sent out. Customer’s name and bank in details need to be sent to refund@fashionistalove21.com otherwise will not be attained.
★New items purchased under these Terms and Conditions directly from Fashionistalove21 by Customer may be returned within 2 days from the date of the items arrived in customers hand for a replacement or refund of the purchase price in accordance with Fashionistalove21's "Return Policy". The refund will not include any shipping and handling charges forming part of the purchase price. Products returned under Fashionistalove21's "Return Policy must be received by Fashionistalove21 via REGISTERED POST, including all accessories and other items included with a items must be returned with it.
